Create video ads for Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
Edit short-form videos with strong hooks and fast pacing
Design static ads, banners, and thumbnails
Make multiple variations for A/B testing
Research top-performing gaming ads and turn them into new concepts
Follow TikTok & Meta trends for creative inspiration
Improve creatives based on performance data
Keep all files organised and easy to access
Communicate and collaborate directly with the founder
Requirements
Experience in video editing, including tools such as:
Premiere Pro
After Effects
CapCut
DaVinci Resolve
Wondershare Filmora
Experience in graphic design, including tools such as:
Photoshop
Illustrator
Figma
Canva
Pixelmator Pro
Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels-style editing
Strong eye for design, layout, colour, and visual storytelling
Good English communication
Reliable internet connection
Able to work full-time, long-term, and with minimal supervision
Hands-on experience implementing AI tools/workflows (Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
Strong grasp of creative performance metrics (hook rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, VTR) and the ability to translate insights into next creative actions
